Proposal Scope: This training program is designed to assist Greenville Chamber Manufacturing Roundtable members who are promoting employees who may have little training or experience into supervisory roles. The program is designed to be hands-on, with opportunities to practice what students learn in each class.
The instructor will communicate the Key Learning Points from this program to a pre-determined contact at the participating organizations. Respective employers will provide follow up with their students to reinforce these learning points and provide guidance in application. This may involve meetings with next-level managers across several months' time.
Cost is $995 (includes course materials and lunch) for the series. The non-Chamber member price is $1,395.
Refund Policy: All registrations must be paid for before the start of training. Refunds available only prior to two weeks before event. No exceptions.
